JBF Solutions is a South East Brisbane business, and we believe in supporting the community we work in. That means giving back to a local charity with every loan we settle, and rolling up our sleeves to help local business owners succeed.
$200 Donated for Every Eligible Loan We Settle
For every eligible loan JBF Solutions settles, we donate $200 to the Bulimba Community Centre, a self-funded, volunteer-run charity that has served the Bulimba community for more than 35 years.
$200 donated per eligible home loan settled, no cap on how many we settle.
The Bulimba Community Centre has supported Bulimba families for more than 35 years.
The Centre runs programs that genuinely strengthen local life, from seniors and dementia-friendly groups to children's music, community gardens and more, all delivered by volunteers. Supporting it puts our contribution where it has a direct, visible local impact.
When a client's eligible loan settles, JBF Solutions donates $200 to the Centre. There is nothing for clients to do, and nothing to opt into. Helping you with your finance simply helps the community at the same time. Eligibility criteria apply, see below.
The donation is funded entirely by JBF Solutions from its own income. It is never added to your loan, never charged to you, and it does not influence the lender or loan we recommend. Our advice is guided solely by your best interests.

- Eligible products: loans only, arranged through JBF Solutions.
- Minimum loan size: $300,000.
- Limit: one donation per borrowing entity.
- Location: the property or borrowing entity must be located within one of the eligible suburbs below.

The $200 donation to the Bulimba Community Centre is made by JBF Solutions for each eligible loan arranged through JBF Solutions, with a minimum loan size of $300,000, where the property or borrowing entity is located in an eligible suburb listed above. Limit of one donation per borrowing entity. The donation is funded by JBF Solutions, is not added to your loan and does not affect the lender or product recommended.
